Office Supervisor – Glasgow

Salary - £30000 - £35000 DOE

Key Responsibilities...

• Develop and seek to improve the R&D Claims process• Set targets for claims submissions• Plan and implement work schedules for the operations team• Attend and participate in in Level 10 meetings• Liaise with the CRM Manager so the CRM reflects the claims process and reporting requirements• Support the Integrator in implementing and running the company on the EOS model• Use the EOS tools to manage operational team members• Help the business live the Core Values• Tactical Work Communicate with clients and third parties, e.g. accountants• Manage the operations team• Manage the claim through the various stages• Ensure the CRM is up to date and train the team on how to use the CRM• Carrying out AML checks on all clients
