Your new companyI am working with a growing London Law Firm who are looking for a Head of Operations to join the team. This is an innovative, forward-thinking business with a strong focus on investing in its people and making it a great place to work. This is a newly created role offering the chance for you to mould and shape the role into your own.

Your new roleReporting to the CFO, this is a broad and varied role with key duties and responsibilities including:

• Developing operational strategies and priorities, including KPI's.
• Supporting acquisition planning and integration process.
• Designing operational workflows to drive efficiency and reduce costs.
• Utilisation of technology including systems changes, automation and process alignment.
• Operational risk management and operational budget management.
• Business partnering with senior stakeholders, suppliers and vendors.
• Team leadership and management

What you'll need to succeedYou will need proven experience in operations-focused roles, ideally with experience in the legal or professional service sectors. You will need experience in strategic planning, process improvements, budget control with any acquisition integration experience highly desirable. You will need excellent time management and the ability to build strong working relationships with a range of stakeholders, internal and external.
