Head of Operations

Looking for an experience Head of Operations to be responsible for a high-tech production line environment based near Hanger Lane.

This role is offered as an initial FTC 6 months extending to 9 months.

Salary will be Pro Rata of £90000 per annum.

Applicants for this position should be able to demonstrate previous experience:

• running a high-tech product environment.
• strategic and budget control.
• Management (in this role you will lead the production management team that includes the: Production, Service, Customisation, Security and Quality Managers)
• Resource Management - materials, personnel, and equipment.
• Able to start work in January ’25.

The client’s environment is a high security site, applicants must be able to pass both DBS and background security reference checks.

This is an office-based role, you must be comfortable with the daily commute to Wembley.
