Forward Role are working exclusively with an award winning digital agency who are looking for an exceptional Head of Paid Media to lead and scale their Paid Advertising function. This is a unique opportunity to shape strategy, drive growth, and play a pivotal role in the leadership team for an agency who are experiencing great success and consistent growth.

Overseeing a team of 6 as Head of Paid Media, you will lead the team in both its development and the departments scaling, as well as being a major part of the senior leadership team. Working with a number of high- profile Ecomm & Retail brands, this agency are at the top of their game when it comes to driving client performance.

The role:

• Own and manage the Paid Advertising function with full P&L responsibility
• Develop, execute, and optimise multi-channel paid strategies (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok & more)
• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of Paid Specialists, Account Managers & Executives
• Work closely with clients to drive results and build long-term partnerships
• Stay ahead of industry trends, driving innovation and thought leadership across the team and the whole agency
• Contribute to new business development, pitching and upselling services

Requirements:

• 10+ years experience in Paid Advertising, with 4+ years in a leadership role within an agency
• Strong team leadership & development experience
• Proven track record of successful paid campaigns across multiple platforms goes without saying
• Expertise in analytics, forecasting & budget management
• Exceptional communication & client relationship skills
• A proactive, commercial mindset with a passion for growth
