Head of Paraplanning, London (Hybrid), up to £80k + bonus + salary sacrifice - Financial Divisions : Job Details

My client is a boutique Chartered IFA based in London who are looking for a Chartered Paraplanner to head up their small team.

This is fantastic opportunity to work for a highly ethical and professional IFA who work with UHNW clients and have established themselves as a reputable and forward-thinking business. You will be managing a small team, ensuring workflow is allocated, dealing with all aspects of management and be part of the senior management team.

Key components of the role is working closely with Operations and building strong internal relationships with key stakeholders in the business. Attending client meetings and being the "go to" person for technical aspects like complex calculations, conducting research and producing bespoke suitability reports to a high standard. Be part of driving technology and improving processes and sit on the investment committee.

The role would suit a Chartered, or working towards chartered Senior Paraplanner with at least 4 years’ experience, who enjoys coaching and developing a team, want to enhance your own skills as a manager and be part of the senior management team in a small but super professional business.
