The Role:
Revenue Generation: Develop and drive the Club's partnership, sponsorship, and premium matchday strategy.
Client Relationships: Build and enhance long-term relationships with existing partners and clients while attracting new customers.
Collaborative Work: Work alongside marketing and media teams to grow revenue through the Club's digital platforms.
Leadership: Lead the partnership account management team to ensure exceptional service for commercial partners.
Innovation & Efficiency: Identify opportunities to streamline processes and drive innovation in commercial opportunities.
Responsibilities:
Drive partnership, sponsorship, and premium matchday revenue streams.
Define target markets and develop business activities to increase sales.
Provide board-level reporting on successes and areas for improvement.
Represent the Club at industry events.
Manage the Club's major partners and ensure high levels of repeat business.
Experience Required:
Degree level education or equivalent.
Professional background in sports.
Strong business acumen and data analysis skills.
Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
Ability to influence and engage at a senior level.
Experience in driving high standards of service within teams.
Willingness to work flexibly in a fast-paced environment.
