Robert Half Accounting and Finance are currently recruiting an exciting opportunity for a Payroll Leader to join a huge global business with a strong and stable Payroll team.
The Role
Working very closely with the Senior Leadership Team , this role will involve the supervision of the Payroll team on a day to day basis, overseeing and delegating the workload, conducting appraisals, monthly one to one meetings and setting targets. Additionally as the Head of Payroll you would also have responsibility managing Payrolls and building good working relationships with clients and customers, requiring a proactive attitude to review and improve existing systems and processes.
