Description
- Lead and manage the divisional provision of Human Resources services, policies, and programmes for the manual employee workforce
- Develop and implement an annual agenda for HR strategy in line with the business plan.
- Create company culture and employee engagement strategies.
- Manage talent acquisition, employee career development, succession planning, retention programmes, and training.
- Ensure all HR operations align with legal and company requirements.
- Develop comprehensive strategic recruiting and retention plans to meet the human capital needs of the company.
- Implement and uphold HR initiatives that improve organisational effectiveness.
- Champion diversity and inclusion across all levels of the company.
Profile
A successful Head of People and Culture should have:
- An academic background in Human Resources or related field.
- Demonstrated experience in leading and managing all aspects of HR, preferably within the services industry.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful HR strategies.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and influence senior leaders.
- Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
