Description
- Lead and develop a high-performing HR team.
- Partnering a division with in excess of 7000 employees.
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
- Assess training needs and monitor training programs
- Report to management and provide decision support through HR metrics
- Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
- Design company policies and procedures
- Manage the recruitment and selection process
Profile
A successful Head of People should have:
- Demonstrable experience in human resources
- Knowledge of HR systems and databases
- Ability to architect strategy along with leadership skills
- Experience of partnering a large (7000) workforce at an operational and strategic level.
- Excellent active listening, negotiation, and presentation skills
- In-depth knowledge of labour law and HR best practices
- Degree in Human Resources or related field
Job Offer
- A competitive salary package between £100,000 - £110,000 per year
