Head of People essential skills and experience:
- Proven experience in a senior recruitment role within the charity sector
- Expertise in sourcing, hiring, and onboarding talent across a range of disciplines.
- Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing skills.
- A deep commitment to diversity, equity, and inclusion, with experience embedding these principles in recruitment practices.
- Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment analytics.
