Reporting to the Director of Procurement, this role is essential in optimizing procurement strategies, driving supplier performance, and implementing best practices. As part of the Procurement Leadership Team, this position will develop and oversee the Procurement Improvement Plan, preparing the business for the future integration of a new procurement system in 2027. The role also leads the organization's Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) initiatives, embedding sustainability practices across procurement activities.

Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Optimization: Drive continuous improvement, ensure alignment with business objectives, and foster innovation across procurement processes.
  • Supplier Relationship Management: Enhance supplier performance and oversee contract management with cross-functional teams, ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
  • System Optimization and Compliance: Oversee procurement systems, drive compliance with policies and regulations, and champion procurement integrity.

Profile

Qualifications & Experience Required:

  • Proven expertise in procurement, supplier relationship management, and strategic category planning.
  • Strong leadership and change management experience with a background in implementing innovative procurement practices.
  • Degree-level qualification or equivalent professional experience, with a preference for CIPS membership.

Job Offer
