Requirements:

• Extensive experience in product management, with a proven track record of successfully launching and scaling financial products, particularly in the payments sector.
• Demonstrated ability to recruit, lead and inspire a high-performing product team, fostering a culture of collaboration, continuous learning, and excellence.
• Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with the capacity to translate complex business requirements into user-centric product solutions.
• Proficient in leveraging data-driven insights to inform product roadmaps and drive data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the  ability to effectively liaise with cross-functional teams and key  stakeholders.
• Proven track record of at least 8-10 years of experience in product management, preferably within the banking or payments sectors.
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and experience in leading product teams through the full product lifecycle.
