About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Chief Product Officer (CPO) to drive the strategic product vision for an AI-powered platform. This is an exciting opportunity to shape the future of the product and lead a high-performing team of developers, product managers, and designers.

Key Responsibilities:

• Product Strategy: Define and implement a forward-thinking product vision alongside senior leadership.
• Go-to-Market Coordination: Ensure product features are designed to meet market needs while collaborating with the Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) for go-to-market planning.
• Product Development: Oversee the full product lifecycle, ensuring market trends and customer feedback drive feature development.
• Team Leadership: Lead and inspire a cross-functional team that includes engineering, product management, and design experts.
• Technical Roadmap: Shape the technological roadmap to ensure a stable, scalable, and secure platform.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to align product development with market demands.
• Performance Measurement: Define and monitor KPIs to measure product development success.

About You:

• Proven experience as a CPO or in a senior product leadership role within a fast-growing technology setting. Ideally PropTech or similar.
• Strong technical background and familiarity with software development processes.
• Experience managing and developing cross-functional teams.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
• Excellent communication skills and a proactive, assertive approach.
• Passionate about innovative technology and the real estate sector.
