Head of Product Management

Inside IR35 - Negotiable

Contract Length - 6 month rolling

Birmingham - Hybrid 3 days per week onsite

We have partnered with a leading organisation who are currently looking for an experienced Head of Product Management on an interim basis. In this role you will be responsible for setting up the product management function working closely with Development and PMO teams.

Responsibilities:

• Setting up Product Management function from scratch.
• As the Head of Product Management you will develop proactive relationships with senior leaders across business units and technologists to design appropriate solutions.
• Strong understanding of Agile and Waterfall Methodologies as you will be coaching multiple business functions on the high-performance model.
• Setting up governance and reporting for the multiple business functions.
• Management and leadership of product owners
• Work with business heads across, BA's, Development, Programmes, Testing
• Work with suppliers who provide development resource
• Set up governance, manage meeting and sprints
