What You’ll Be Doing:
- Driving Transformation: Lead a team of 175 staff to deliver responsive and programmed works, major contracts, and capital projects.
- Focusing on Tenants: Develop strategies to eliminate damp, mould, and condensation, ensuring tenants feel safe, secure, and supported in their homes.
- Enhancing Performance: Address performance issues, champion change management, and embed cutting-edge IT systems to improve productivity and tenant satisfaction.
- Collaboration: Work closely with asset management and investment teams to deliver a unified, effective service.
What We’re Looking For:
- Proven leadership in managing large-scale property repairs, maintenance, or capital projects.
- Strong expertise in performance and change management, with a track record of delivering improvements in complex environments.
- Comprehensive knowledge of compliance, health and safety, and regulatory frameworks.
- Outstanding stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate political dynamics and build trust with tenants, staff, and partners.
- Chartered Institute of Building (CIOB) membership or equivalent qualifications are highly desirable.
