A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Portsmouth is seeking a Head of Residential Property to lead its thriving conveyancing department. The Role

As Head of Residential Property, you will:

• Lead and manage a team of 5 fee earners, providing strategic direction and mentorship.
• Oversee a caseload of residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, leaseholds, new builds, and more.
• Ensure compliance with SRA regulations, AML requirements, and conveyancing best practices.
• Utilise a Case Management System for streamlined workflow management.
• Develop strong client relationships and drive business growth.
• Be supported by an Admin Assistants and Paralegals to enhance efficiency.

What We're Looking For

• Qualified Solicitor, Licensed Conveyancer, or Legal Executivea minimum of 5 years experience.
• Strong experience in residential conveyancing and property law.
• A proven track record of managing and developing a successful team.
• Excellent client relationship and networking skills.
• A commercially minded approach, with a focus on client care and maintaining relationships.
