Job Description :

This is a wonderful opportunity for the experienced Residential Sales Manager with skills and sound knowledge of managing a sales team. You will be the CEO’s right-hand person regarding residential revenue generation and actively contributing to the team’s success.

You will work closely with the company's CEO and operations director to run the existing residential consultants team. You will grow the people and help them be efficient, motivated, and focused on generating profit. You will bring in new business by sourcing individual buyer and seller clients, establishing new developer relationships, and testing new business stream ideas.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the team of high-end residential sales consultants
  • Run regular sales and business meetings with fee-earners
  • Analyse and assign new leads to fee-earners in accordance with the company policies
  • Help your team close the clients during the pitching stage
  • Work with your team to achieve high levels of performance, faster timeline and successful outcomes for our clients over the course of each transaction
  • Oversee and sign off on the following activities of the sales team: regular reports and updates to clients, preparation of comparable reports and valuations, pitches and presentations to new prospects, contract and transaction negotiation
  • Ensure that relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOP’s) are adhered to by your team and offer SOP improvements when necessary
  • Organise, support and keep track of the team’s learning and personal growth schedule, hold monthly 1-2-1 development meetings with your team
  • Supervise and approve when necessary your team’s work-from-home and vacation schedules
  • Sell services: go to valuations, meet clients at their homes or our office, develop new business at events - you are the ambassador and the face of the company
  • Proactively connect with other market players - agents, developers, consultants to build and maintain a strong network and create opportunities for business growth
  • Bring in new business by sourcing individual buyer and seller clients, establishing new developer relationships and testing new business streams ideas together with the CEO
  • Innovate to offer new service and marketing ideas to the clients and internally
  • Maintain and grow referrals and professional partners relationships
  • Regularly report and present to CEO on your team performance and deal status, together work to build the team and company revenue in your area
  • Work with Operations Director on regular pipeline review and expected revenues through the use of deal tracking CRM system
  • Work with Anti-Money Laundering Manager to ensure compliance of your team’s actions and client checks
  • Work with the HR manager on people management processes
  • Supervise invoicing and expenses approvals when necessary
  • Maximise the usage of all paid portals and systems by your team

  • Experience working in Prime Central London (PCL) would be a plus.
  • The candidate must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to sponsor a visa at this time.
  • Demonstrates basic knowledge of the business products/services for a tailored and boutique service.
  • Understands the positioning of the company’s service offerings compared to the competition.
  • Develops basic knowledge of Key Metrics, business terms and acronyms.
  • Builds and maintains a strong network and creates opportunities for business growth.
  • Demonstrates good knowledge of computer applications (Office, Google Docs, Excel, CRM).
  • Schedule: Monday - Friday, 9:30 am - 6 pm (with occasionally being available in the evenings or on weekends)
