The Role

As the Head of Revenue & Pricing, you will lead the development and execution of pricing strategies across both B2B and B2C markets. Working closely with Commercial, Marketing and Finance teams, you will optimise pricing models to maximise revenue and profitability while maintaining competitiveness.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong analytical mindset, capable of leveraging data and market insights to create dynamic and adaptive pricing strategies. You will be a key influencer within the organisation, driving change and embedding best practices across the business.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and Execute Pricing Strategies: Design and implement innovative pricing strategies aligned with business goals and market trends.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilise advanced analytics and modelling to forecast sales, evaluate pricing scenarios, and identify optimisation opportunities.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with cross-functional teams to embed pricing best practices into product development, marketing, and sales processes.
  • Market and Competitive Analysis: Conduct global benchmarking and stay ahead of industry trends to maintain competitive positioning.
  • Leadership and Influence: Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, presenting insights and recommendations to drive strategic decision-making.
  • Tool and Resource Optimisation: Identify and implement cutting-edge pricing tools and technologies to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
