Head of Risk and Compliance - Oliver James : Job Details

I am recruiting a Head of Risk and Compliance for a well eastblished firm in a nicher area of Financial Services, in Liverpool on a hybrid basis.

The scope of the role:

• Managing and leading the 2nd line Risk and Compliance functions
• Risk management, controls, reporting and ownership
• Compliance and Governance duties
• Compliance monitoring programme
• Consumer duty / conduct risk expertise to lead this area

The candidate:

• Very strong FCA regulation and handbook knowledge
• Experience in both Risk AND Compliance, within a Financial Services Firm
• Excellent communicator, especially at a senior level
• Leadership skills
