The scope of the role:* Managing and leading the 2nd line Risk and Compliance functions* Risk management, controls, reporting and ownership* Compliance and Governance duties* Compliance monitoring programme* Consumer duty / conduct risk expertise to lead this areaThe candidate:* Very strong FCA regulation and handbook knowledge* Experience in both Risk AND Compliance, within a Financial Services Firm* Excellent communicator, especially at a senior level* Leadership skills
