We are recruiting a Head of Sales on behalf of our client, a well-established dealer group in Saudi Arabia, with ambitious plans to sell over 7,000 vehicles annually, spanning retail and fleet sales. As Sales Director, you will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, leading teams to success, and structuring operations in a competitive market. • Drive market share growth and identify new business opportunities across retail and fleet sales channels.
• Develop strategic roadmaps for key targets, collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to expand market share and diversify the product portfolio.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement in a dynamic, change-oriented environment.
• Exhibit exceptional analytical and organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail.

Ideal Candidate

• Extensive retail sales experience is essential, with a proven track record of leading teams to achieve and exceed targets.
• Prior experience working in a global matrix organisation
• OEM sales leadership experience is desirable but not essential; candidates with strong retail and fleet experience are encouraged to apply.
• Resilient, strategic, and results-oriented, with the ability to lead and inspire teams in tough market conditions.
• Skilled in structuring operations to drive efficiency and meet ambitious sales objectives.
• Demonstrates adaptability and thrives in turnaround and growth scenarios.
