  • Establish KPIs and monitor team performance through regular reviews and reporting.
  • Drive a high-performance culture by fostering accountability, motivation, and continuous learning.
  • Stay informed on market trends and product knowledge.

  • Proven track record in sales leadership, ideally within technology, telematics, fleet management, or SaaS industries.
  • Strong people management skills with the ability to inspire and lead teams to success.
  • Experience scaling teams and implementing sales strategies in a fast-paced environment.

  • Self-motivated, target-driven, and adaptable.
