I am working with an established International agency who are looking for a dynamic and experienced Head of Search. This role is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to take ownership of search within an agency, overseeing PPC strategies and bringing fresh ideas to the table. You’ll play a key role in shaping the direction of their search and paid social efforts, working alongside a talented and collaborative Digital team.

Your role will involve:

• Leading and executing end-to-end PPC strategies for clients, from campaign creation to performance optimisation.
• Taking ownership of the search marketing function within the agency, ensuring top-tier results across multiple accounts.
• Collaborating with the wider digital team to integrate paid social into search strategies, driving multi-channel growth.
• Developing and implementing complex, multi-layered strategies that push boundaries and deliver outstanding results.
• You wil mentor and lead junior team members, sharing your expertise and fostering a collaborative working environment.
• Staying ahead of the curve with industry trends and innovations, applying new insights to improve campaign performance.
