Due to growth they have an exciting opportunity for a Head of QHSE.Your new roleAs Head of SHEQ, you will have a pivotal role in delivering and maintaining a robust SHEQ performance regime company wide. Leading on all aspects of SHEQ performance, you will be responsible for ensuring continuous improvement to our in-house standards, systems and procedures, implementing legislative compliance and best practices across the teams. You will play a key role in shaping company strategy and ensuring that they are is an leader of SHEQ in the industry. You will embrace and champion the People, Innovation, Partnership & Efficiency values with the aim to integrate these into daily decisions and actions consistently. You will work to ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001 standards as well as relevant regional legislation and standards.Hours of work:7am - 4.30pm Mon - Thurs and Fri until 12:30. There may be a degree of flex with start times.What you'll need to succeedIdeally you will have a NEBOSH qualification (or equivalent) Level 6 in Occupational Safety and Health and be an ISO Internal Auditor (desirable). We would like 10 years' experience in an operational SHEQ role, preferably in a manufacturing environment, with minimum 5 years in a senior SHEQ/Quality role. You will have a good knowledge and understanding of applicable ISO and/or OSHA standards as well as full understanding of legal HSE policy and guidelines. You will be strategically minded and have a hands on leader approach.
