We are seeking a Head of Development Management & Strategic Planning for our public sector client based in London on an initial 3 month contract paying up to £650 per day inside IR35.

This role allows hybrid working.

The successful candidate will possess proven skills working with the following -

• Policy Development
• Process management
• Planning Applications
• Development Management
• Building Control
• Strategic Planning
• Advice
• Change Management
• spatial planning, development management, urban design, transport planning and sustainable development
• housing delivery, infrastructure, sustainability, quality design and transport provision
