Head of Tax - Offshore Wind - Goodman Masson : Job Details

Working exclusively with a global offshore wind investment company to recruit a Head of Tax.

The role reports into the CFO and will be responsible driving implementation of tax strategy and policies, providing tax advice on project structures and managing outsourced service providers.

Key responsibilities:

Tax Governance - Driving implementation of tax strategy, policies, processes and controls and advise on SAO regime

Tax Compliance - Manage global tax obligations of the group - you will oversee, CIT, VAT and TP.

Tax advisory - Provide tax advisory services at corporate level and advice on tax efficient deal transactions/ project structures.

OSP - Manage relationship with OSP's

Skills -

Experience working as a Head of Tax in an Offshore wind, private equity or Infrastructure business
