Role        - Head of Technology aka Head Of Development, Software Development Director, Technical Director, CTO, Snr Software Development Manager

Location  - Cannock, Staffordshire c. 3 days office

Salary      - 70 - 90K 25 days, Health plan, Pension, Parking

The role

We seek an experienced Software development leader to lead an established software development team including providing people development technical oversight and manage the delivery of projects and products. The right candidate would also be able to develop and implement a technology roadmap that aligns with the business brings innovation and serve as a key member of the senior management team with excellent stakeholder management.

The company presently develops the majority of their systems in Open-Source technologies such as PHP, Node, React etc but is fine with other backgrounds e.g, .Net, Java etc

Key Requirements

• Extensive experience in leadership roles in technology management
• Experience of managing in-house development teams developing bespoke software
• Technical experience of software development and database management
• Proven Project Management skills
• Experience of typical in-house systems e.g. CRM, Warehouse / ERP systems, Website Development etc
• Ability to thrive in fast paced dynamic environments
