At Rocket Food, we’re seeking an experienced Logistics Manager to oversee and manage warehouse operations and lead our logistics team. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the efficient preparation, loading, transportation, and unloading of all equipment, supplies, and food essential to the success of Rocket Food and its associated brands.

• Event Logistics: Manage the logistics team to ensure timely delivery of food, drink, and equipment to every event.
• Warehouse Operations: Oversee ordering, receiving, and recording goods, ensuring smooth processes between events and the warehouse.
• Supplier Relations: Source and maintain strong relationships with consumables suppliers for the best value and reliable support.
• Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage your logistics team’s rota, ensuring effective labor management within budget.
• Transport & Fleet Management: Oversee company vehicle management, ensuring compliance, and driving license checks.
• Event Presence: Attend events, oversee logistics, and implement improvements as necessary.
• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with other departments, especially the Motorsport team, to ensure seamless transport and logistics for UK-based events.

• Strong leadership abilities with a calm, proactive, and hands-on approach to tasks.
• A “can-do” attitude with a desire to take ownership of responsibilities.
• A valid, clean driving license.
• The ability to maintain composure under pressure and manage peak trading periods effectively.
