Head of Viennoiserie, West London - £18 an hour

We are a high quality Bakery in West London, now looking for a Head of Viennoiserie to manage the department and a team of around 6 or 7 people.

If you have experience of working with Viennoiserie and skills that include:

• Mixing dough
• Shaping
• Lamination skills
• Oven use
• Ability to manage a team

Additional benefits:

• Morning start
• Around £18 an hour for the right candidate
