We are hiring for an experienced Health and Safety First Line Manager.Key role responsibilities:• To assist the SHE Manager with all aspects of Health, Safety and Environment management on site• Responsible for assessing and advising the necessary training to secure long-term improvements in Health & Safety performance and ensuring effective implementation of all Health & Safety procedures and processes• Managing relationships with colleagues and others utilising First Choice behaviours• Promote excellent Health, Safety and Environmental practices• To work in a safe manner• Provide guidance on the completion of risk assessments, investigations and ensure their regular review, pass on feedback or highlighted issues to members of the site management teamGeneral Information:Reporting into group SHE Manager and General Manager12-week temp to permMonday to Friday0800-1600 – flexibility requiredHealth and Safety experience requiredDesirable Experience:• Experience of working within a supply chain environment desirable• NEBOSH
