Dovetail and Slate are currently working with a reputable training provider thats on the hunt for a full time trainer/ assessor in Health and Social Care!

Job Title: Health and Social Care Trainer/Assessor

Salary: £24,000 - £26,000 per year

Job Type: Full-time

Location: Dover, CT16

Working Hours: Monday to Friday

Role Overview:

We're seeking a dedicated Trainer/Assessor to deliver Level 2, 3, and 4 Adult Care and Health Care Apprenticeships. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge in health and social care, a Level 3 qualification or higher in adult care, and an assessor qualification. You should be able to self-manage, work both independently and as part of a team, and travel as needed.

• Assess learners' skills and provide constructive feedback
• Support diverse learning needs with inclusive strategies
• Maintain good communication and computer skills
