Located just outside Cinderford,this role offers the perfect blend of challenge, growth, and impact.

What You Will Do:

• Assist in managing the Environment, Health, and Safety Management system across multiple sites.
• Carry out proactive and reactive EHS inspections, audits, and Gembas.
• Lead accident and incident investigations, reporting findings to enhance workplace safety.
• Support in maintaining legal compliance through risk assessment and CoSHH management programmes.
• Contribute to maintaining EHS accreditations and advise on minimizing environmental and safety risks.
• Develop and deliver EHS training programmes and conduct internal audits.

What You Will Bring:

• Level 4 Occupational Health and Safety qualification, with a passion for a career within Health & Safety.
• Proven experience within an audit environment and strong computer literacy.
• Exceptional communication skills, enthusiasm, and the ability to work under pressure.
• Flexible approach with the willingness to work out of hours as required.
