As a Graduate HS&E you will be like a safety coach for the workplace. You'll promote health, safety, environmental, and sustainability practices. It's about ensuring everyone works safely and responsibly. Your day to day as a SHE Advisor will include:* Compilation and review of Health and Safety Management systems in line with accredited standard (ISO 45001).* Help lead the development of company H&S objectives, policies, procedures, and standards.* Feed data into monthly and yearly HS&E performance statistics and reports.* Provide guidance and support on all HS&E related matters to the KBJV site team.* Support the KBVJ team in the promotion, delivery and auditing of HS&E policies and programmes in the workplace and ensure that the project is legally compliant.
