As a Health & Safety Technician, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees. Duties include;

  • Supporting H&S Team in managing and implementing health and safety policies
  • Ensuring the workplace is compliant with all regulations
  • 90% office based, 10% shop floor based working
  • Conducting regular Gemba walks to identify potential hazards and implement proactive measures to prevent accidents and improve overall safety.
  • Management of small internal projects, & supporting on larger H&S projects across the business
  • To use creativity and innovative thinking to develop and implement new safety initiatives that push the workplace to new heights.
  • Carry out inspections & audits as directed by H&S Manager
  • Ensure accurate & timely reporting on the online management system
  • Supporting on the maintenance and review of risk assessments, SOPs, & other documentation

Candidate Requirements;

  • 1 years experience within Health & Safety is desirable, however we are also accepting applications from graduate's who are passionate about seeking a career in Health & Safety.
  • IOSH would be beneficial but not essential
  • Excellent excel & IT skills
  • A desire for career progression
  • Process improvement & continuous improvement minded
  • Initiative & Drive
