Health Visitor - Tezlom : Job Details

Tezlom, a leading recruitment agency established in 2008, are recruiting for Health Visitor in Dagenham

Working Hours: Monday - Friday 9am - 5pm

Responsibilities:

• The Health Visitor will be providing the Health Child programme for 0-5 children and families.
• All Health Visitor duties including Safeguarding duties, liaison with agencies and attendance at meetings.
• Health Visitor will be supporting safeguarding
• Health Visitor will be attending Child Protection conferences, core groups, early help and mentoring, home visits and clinics for Universal Plus and Partnership Plus

Skills:

• Specialist Community Public Health Nurse (SCPHN), Qualification and registered nurse qualification
• Qualified Home Visitor experience with the use of Rio using the templates,
• good communication and able to support changes.
