This home provides both short-term and full-time care, specialising in dementia care and support. It is committed to person-centred care, ensuring every resident is treated with dignity, respect, and individuality.

As a Healthcare Assistant, you will play a crucial role in enhancing the quality of life for residents, ensuring they receive the best possible care in a safe, comfortable, and supportive environment.

Your Responsibilities Will Include:

  • Assisting residents with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, etc.)
  • Providing emotional support and companionship to residents Helping with mobility and ensuring safety at all times
  • Supporting residents with mealtime preparation and feeding, when needed
  • Encouraging independence and dignity, ensuring a high standard of care
  • Collaborating with nurses and healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional care

What We’re Looking For:

  •  A caring and compassionate nature – a genuine passion for helping others
  •  Excellent communication & interpersonal skills – ability to connect with residents and colleagues
  •  Team player – able to work well as part of a team and on your own initiative
  •  A minimum of 6 months UK experience
  •  Right to work in the UK
