Title: Helpdesk/ Contract Support

Pay rate: £12.50 an hour, weekly pay, salary £25,000-£28,000

Location: Nottingham, NG80 1ZZ

Contract: Temp to perm, 8am-5pm, Monday to Friday

Job Description:

* Providing support to the client and answer calls and emails in a professional and timely manner* Determine the nature and priority of faults based on information provided by the client* Raise and assign work orders to relevant resources* Ensure works are scheduled and in accordance with SLAs, and update clients CAFM system* Review of all sub-contractor submitted paperwork to ensure management of CAFM* Support with managing the supply chain and drive them to attend within required SLA's
