HGV 1 Container Driver Marchwood - Drivertemps : Job Details

We are currently looking for an experienced class 1 day container driver to work out of Marchwood, Southampton.

• Driving duties will include container runs all over the country.
• Day shifts - No nights out
• Morning starts. Usually between 0400-0700.
• Monday to Fridays.
• Minimum 10 hours paid per shift, no break deductions.
• £17ph Ltd. £15ph PAYE.

Pay:

• £17ph Ltd. £15ph PAYE. Minimum 10 hours pay per day. Paid for all hours (no break deductions).

Requirements:

• Valid HGV class 1 (CE) Driving Licence. Held for a minimum of 2 years.
• Valid driver CPC and Digital Tachograph cards.
• Minimum 1 year class 1 experience.
• Relevant knowledge of EU driver hour rules and working time legislation.
• TAC (terminal awareness card) for Southampton docks.
• Good communications skills.
• Over 25 for insurance purposes.
• No more than 6 points on your licence.
