HGV Class 1 & Class 2 Drivers - Proactive Personnel Ltd : Job Details

Proactive Personnel are currently looking to recruit experienced Class 1 and Class 2 Drivers in the Stoke on Trent area for a contract we are currently working on.

• DAY & NIGHT SHIFTS AVAILABLE
• LONG TERM & AD HOC WORK
• LTD WORKERS ACCEPTED

Responsibilities:

• Safely operate commercial vehicles to transport goods to various destinations
• Follow delivery schedules and routes efficiently
• Load and unload cargo using appropriate equipment
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections to ensure vehicle safety
• Maintain accurate records of deliveries and vehicle maintenance
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations during transportation

Requirements:

• Valid, in-date CPC and Tacho Card
• Minimum 2 years’ experience of Driving within the UK.
• Hi-vis and Safety Boots
• Previous experience with customers, ensuring professionalism made at all times when making deliveries.
