HGV Class 1 Drivers - Pertemps Bristol Industrial : Job Details

Class 1 Drivers required for ongoing, full time work in Severn Beach – BS35

• Day shifts – 05:00 – 09:00 starts
• 5 on 3 off rota pattern
• Opportunity to pick up extra hours as overtime
• Pay £18.19 per hour Monday-Friday, £20.23 Saturdays, £21.25 Sundays

 About the role

• 8 hour assessment prior to commencing work – paid once passed
• Training provided by one of the existing drivers
• Store deliveries – this will involve some hand balling
• Deliveries/collections from RDCs
• Delivering electrical and white goods

The right candidate

• UK Category C+E (HGV 1) licence, Digital Tachograph card and CPC qualification
• No DR10’s No CD10’s No IN10’s – no more than 9 points on you licence
• 2 years of experience, for insurance reasons
• Comfortable with handball
• Good communication skills
