HGV CLASS 2 TIPPER DRIVER

MONDAY - FRDAY (OCCASSIONAL SATURDAYS): 06.00 STARTS

£13.73 PER HOUR BASIC

£20.60 PER HOUR OVERTIME AFTER 45 HOURS

People Solutions are looking for a HGV Class 2 Tipper Driver for our client based in Ilkeston.

Day to Day Duties

• Class 2 Tipper work Monday to Friday
• Starting at 06:00
• Ensuring all loads are safe and secure
• Reporting to transport manager to discuss run for the day
• Making sure the relevant checks are done on the truck prior to starting the day
• Ensure the paperwork is signed by the relevant people
• Making sure the cab is kept in a tidy fashion at the end of the shift

Essential Skills

• Must have a valid UK Category C Driving Licence
• Must have good customer service skills
• Must have valid CPC and Digital Tacho card
• Must have a minimum of two years' experience driving Category C vehicles
• No more than six points for minor endorsements and no major infringements

Desirable Experience

• Class 2 tipper experience would be preferable
