Are you an experienced project manager with a passion for transforming online learning? We are seeking a dynamic and skilled Education Project Manager to lead the development and delivery of an exciting online learning programme. Key Responsibilities:
- Lead Development & Delivery: Take the operational lead in shaping and delivering our online learning programmes, managing all aspects from planning through to service delivery.
- Strategic Leadership: Partner with senior stakeholders to define goals, objectives, and outcomes, while ensuring alignment with the university's vision.
- Stakeholder Management: Coordinate with internal teams and external partners, building strong relationships and ensuring clear communication throughout the programme lifecycle.
- Budget Oversight: Take responsibility for budget management, tracking expenditure, and ensuring financial goals are met.
- Programme Governance: Establish and maintain appropriate governance frameworks to ensure programme success in line with institutional policies.
- Continuous Improvement: Proactively identify and implement improvements across the programme, staying up-to-date with best practices in education and technology.
- Problem Solving: Manage challenges as they arise, using your judgement and experience to navigate obstacles and keep the programme on track.
Qualifications & Experience:
- Degree/Postgraduate Qualification (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field.
- Proven experience in managing complex educational projects, ideally within online learning environments.
- Familiarity with project management methodologies (e.g., ITIL, Agile) and an ability to lead transformation efforts.
- Experience in Higher Education: Understanding of curriculum and pedagogical transformation in a university setting.
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills with a track record of influencing senior leaders.
- Budget management experience and ability to deliver programmes on time, on budget, and within scope.
