Higher Level Teaching Assistant - Veritone : Job Details

Are you an experienced Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) looking for a new opportunity?We are seeking a dedicated and dynamic HLTA with essential experience in Planning,Preparation, and Assessment (PPA) to join our team. This role requires a professional with aproven track record of working across all year groups from Reception to Year 6.

Key Responsibilities:? Delivering high-quality PPA cover across Reception to Year 6.? Planning and preparing engaging lessons in line with the national curriculum.? Assessing and monitoring pupil progress and providing constructive feedback.? Leading small group interventions and one-on-one support sessions.? Assisting in the development and implementation of Individual Education Plans (IEPs).? Providing support and mentorship to other teaching assistants.? Contributing to the school's inclusive and collaborative ethos.

Essential Requirements:? HLTA qualification or equivalent.? Significant experience working across Reception to Year 6.? Proven expertise in delivering PPA sessions.? In-depth knowledge of the primary curriculum.? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.? Ability to work effectively as part of a team.? Commitment to ongoing professional development.

Desirable:? Experience working with special educational needs (SEN).? First Aid qualification.? Proficiency in educational technology and digital resources.
