Are you passionate about supporting young learners and making a positive impact in their educational journey? We are seeking a dedicated Higher Level Teaching Assistant to join our team, working with students in Year 1 to Year 6.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
• Assist with planning and preparing educational materials tailored to student needs.
• Work with small groups and individual students to enhance their learning experience.
• Monitor and assess student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents.
• Help maintain a positive and inclusive classroom environment.

Qualifications:

• Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant or in a similar role.
• A relevant qualification (e.g., HLTA status, Level 4 - 5 Teaching Assistant qualification).
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.
• A passion for education and supporting student development.
