As a Higher-Level Teaching Assistant, you would be joining a team of warm, engaging and supportive practitioners who make the best colleagues to work alongside.

Key Responsibilities:

• Cover class, plan and teach your own lessons.
• Deployed across the school to cover classes.
• Have good organisational skills.
• Have excellent knowledge of the National Curriculum.
• Provide one-on-one support to children with Special Educational Needs (SEN) when required.
• Encourage social, emotional, and cognitive development.

Requirements:

• Qualifications: HLTA qualification or equivalent
• Experience: Previous experience of teaching in EYFS, KS1, KS2
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of the National Curriculum
• Desirable: Experience teaching classes within a primary school
