Randstad Education is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Higher Level Teaching Assistant (HLTA) to join a vibrant primary school located in Wisbech.

This long-term, on-going role offers an exciting opportunity to support students' learning and development in a supportive and collaborative setting. Your role will be integral to the success and well-being of our pupils, working closely with teachers to enhance the educational experience.

Requirements:

• Hold HLTA (High Level Teaching Assistant) or an equivalent qualification
• Hold an enhanced DBS on the update service (or be willing to process one through Randstad Education)
• Hold eligibility to work in the UK
• Have a strong knowledge of the primary curriculum
• Have excellent communication skills
• Have strong behaviour management

Responsibilities :

• Support class teacher in planning and delivering engaging lessons
• Lead small group sessions and 1:1 interventions
• Assist in the assessment and monitoring of student progress
• Contribute to the development of educational resources and activities.
• Provide cover for class teachers as required
• Promote the school's values and ethos through positive interactions with students, staff, and parents
