Reed Education are currently seeking individuals looking to work at a school in DN5 as a Higher Leve Teaching Assistant. This is a lovely opportunity for any individual looking to contribute positively to childrens' education and really make an impact.

• Cover PPA time effectively, ensuring continuity in students’ learning experiences.
• Monitor and report on the progress of students.
• Implement and adapt lesson plans to meet the diverse needs of students.
• Maintain a positive and conducive learning environment.
• Utilise strong behaviour management techniques to handle classroom dynamics.
• Support children with additional needs, providing tailored assistance to enhance their learning experience.

• Proven experience as a Teaching Assistant, preferably at a higher level.
• Strong experience in managing KS1 and KS2 classrooms.
• Excellent behaviour management skills.
• Previous experience supporting children with additional needs is highly advantageous.
• Must possess an Enhanced DBS on the update service.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with children, staff, and parents.
