Location: Exeter

Salary: Up to £35k Basic (DOE) Bonus + great benefits listed below

Our Client is a market leading company within the Plant & Agricultural sector. They are looking for candidates with solid transferable skills such as:

• Good IT Skills, working with multiple screens
• Clear communicator both written and verbally
• Ability to work with different departments
• Experience multitasking and reprioritising

You’ll receive first class initial and on-going training to enable you to do your job well. Office based you will look after Engineers in your region. Things you’ll be doing include:

• Managing up to 10 engineers’ schedules
• Working with other depots to manage equipment demand/ engineer availability
• Dealing with Customers expectations

There are a couple of things you’ll need to have for this role:

• A Can-Do attitude with strong work ethic.
• The ability to work on several projects at once
• A good customer focused approach to your work.
• Previous experience as a service controller would be an advantage
• Ideally you have worked in a technical environment
