Hire Controller - SRM RECRUITMENT LIMITED : Job Details

SRM Recruitment are working with a Hertfordshire based business recruiting for a Hire Controller to join the team.

• Take orders, deal with customer queries, and develop relationships with clients
• Set up hire contracts, negotiate costs, and prepare invoices
• Ensure that all equipment is safe and has been properly tested, and that stock is maintained to the required standard
• Process paperwork, record information in company systems, and prepare reports
• Arrange delivery and collection of orders in accordance with customer requirements

Who are we looking for?

• Excellent customer service skills
• Ability to multi task and work to deadlines
• Understanding of plant and equipment and / or previous experience in a similar position
