Job Description :

Newstaff Employment Services is recruiting for a Hire Rentals Branch Manager on behalf of our very successful client based in Dunstable.

The ideal applicant will have management experience gained in a vehicle hire company to include dealing with the sales and service side.

The Role:

  • You will be in charge of heading up the rental side of the operation and will be responsible for the first point of contact team to include welcoming customers, collecting or returning their hire vehicles as well as the team who are responsible for the cleaning and ensuring vehicles are ready to go off on hire.
  • You will also manage the guest service and fleet management side and ensure all processes run smoothly.

  • Must have excellent customer service / people skills and experience at working at all levels.
  • Strong relationship building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Goods staff management skills to include staff training where necessary.
  • Strong business acumen with a focused approach and the ability to achieve results.
  • Excellent planning and organisational skills.

Hours: 40 hours per week Monday to Saturday 8am-5.30 pm (5 day working week with day off in lieu if work the Saturday)

Salary: £34,000 pa - £37,000 pa + excellent benefits package to include company pension, onsite parking, staff discounts amd more!
